Meanwhile, it's still a little up in the air here, but Cleveland Clinic's Flash continues to hang here with Jersey. We've been going back and forth between the two sites trying to figure out what's going to happen. A few weeks ago, the doctor who has the "front row view" outside her office window at the Cleveland Clinic let us know that there were two peregrines showing up. Most of the times that we've checked we've only seen Liberty at the Clinic, but shortly after the doc saw two we spotted a male on the building across (but couldn't see bands to see if it was Flash). During that span we weren't seeing Flash too often at Mittal (but it wasn't all that unusual because the males often roam during that time of the year). Here more recently (as of this past weekend), Flash was back at Mittal with Jersey. Here's a shot of Flash (1st pic), then one of Jersey on the box...  | ||

It's been cool seeing him at this site-- he's been doing some courtship flying-- shooting past Jersey at the box as if trying to impress her with what he can do, then flying low to the ground past the piles and ringing back up. You can really get an appreciation for the speed here, since the box isn't all that high up and he comes in low going all out!        | ||

I wish Flash would make up his mind and chooses wether he wants to stay with Liberty on Cleveland Clinic and stick to her or continue with Jersey on Mittal... It's really cool seeing him fly in and out-- comes in very low sometimes and dives down low when he comes out...    | ||
